Moji Doyle
President
of Prenatal
Fitness & Beyond, and mother of two, Moji Doyle
understands the challenges and needs of today’s expectant
women and new mothers. Through her Pre & Post-partum Fitness Training she helps
her clients mentally, physically and emotionally feel healthy, and
strong from pre-conception to birth and beyond.
Born
and raised in Germany, England and France, for the past 25 years, Moji
has made exercise and eating right part of her life. Since Moji is
passionate about health and fitness, she also desires to help her
clients feel strong, and confident about their changing bodies during
this special time of their life. She assists them become more
body-aware.
By
designing individualized and fun workout programs for her clients, Moji
empowers pre & post-partum women of all ages to take charge of their
health, by adding regular exercise and better eating habits to their
individual lifestyles.
Moji is
a certified Personal Trainer through AFAA, the Aerobics and Fitness
Association of America, a Moms In Motion Pre & Post-partum Fitness Coach
through SCW Fitness. She continues her education on an on-going basis
by attending seminars, workshops and implementing on-line courses with various
internationally recognized Fitness
organizations. She is CPR certified and speaks German and French
fluently.
Moji also offers Business Consulting/Mentoring Services
for Personal Trainers, Labor Nurses or anyone who
wishes to start-up their own Prenatal Fitness business.
In
addition, Moji gives expectant & new parents as well as families that
are new to South Florida advice on anything
that might seem
overwhelming. She helps them feel
mentally ready for baby’s homecoming and gives first time parents peace
of mind by referring them to hand-picked local family-friendly resources, which she
surrounds herself with.
Moji
donates some of her time and services to local fundraising organizations like
the March of Dimes.
Whenever possible she speaks to
local women's support and networking groups, at baby fairs & other local
fundraising events about the importance of a healthy diet and fitting
exercise into your daily lifestyle before planning a family, and during
and after pregnancy.
Amongst
her upscale clientele are: Stay-at-home women, working women,
celebrities, athletes, women who are
seasoned exercisers, those who are new to exercise, and considered
high-risk pregnancies.
These
women all have a common goal: to celebrate the new life within them &
their new role as mothers, but most of all to enjoy their pregnancies
and babies to the fullest by doing safe and effective pre & post-partum
exercises. Exercises that help them stretch, strengthen and tone through
pregnancy and beyond.
