Prenatal Fitness &
Beyond gives back to the Community
Project: Women Deserving Fitness
If you happen to know of
an exceptional woman who has been through a lot in her life, who may
have recently gone through a divorce, an illness, loss of a loved one,
etc., and is always putting herself last, never making time for herself,
and in dire need to keep her head above water, please send us her
compelling story to
moji@prenatalandbeyond.com
In your email, please
specify why you think she is exceptional, and why you think she should
be woman of the month for Project: Women Deserving Fitness. Every
month Prenatal Fitness & Beyond gives away 45-minute health & wellness
consultation, along with a customized Personal Training session to a woman
deserving fitness. Remember without our mental, physical, emotional and
spiritual health & well-being we have and are nothing.
With her permission,
the deserving woman's story will be published in one of our future e-newsletters.
Unfortunately, Prenatal Fitness & Beyond will only be able to offer this
to women in Southern Palm Beach county & Broward county.
The March of Dimes

Prenatal Fitness &
Beyond also donates time and services to the local Florida chapter of
the
March of Dimes.
The March of Dimes mission is to improve the health of babies by
preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. When it
came down to partnering with a non-profit organization, it only made
sense to join forces with the March of Dimes, as Moji's mind-body
fitness philosophy is about leading healthier lives, making wiser food
choices, fitting in exercise on a daily basis, before planning a
family, during and after pregnancy and thereby instilling healthy eating
habits and being a positive role model to our children.
