Training Packages

For your convenience our Fitness Training Sessions, come in Series of 6, 12 or 18 Session Packages. Pre & Post-partum Fitness Training Sessions are 75 minute Sessions. Weight Loss Training Sessions can be anywhere between 45 minutes to 75 minutes depending on the type of workout implemented at a time. Mommy & Me Sessions are usually 75 minutes as we factor in feeding time/play time with your baby. Train with a Friend Sessions are also 75-90 minute Sessions.

For Prenatal Fitness Training Sessions we initially recommend two to three Sessions per week depending on your fitness level, lifestyle and health history. As your pregnancy progresses, the intensity, duration and frequency will decrease and your workouts will be adjusted to your stage of pregnancy and your energy level.

For Post-partum Fitness Training Sessions we initially recommend two Sessions a week, and as you re-gain stamina, strength and control over your body three sessions a week to get the full benefit of Post-partum Fitness. For Weight Loss, Mommy & Me and Train with a Friend Sessions, we recommend at least three Sessions per week.
