since I’ve had my baby have been the best times of my life, except for
the extra weight. I was fit before I got pregnant. Then I kept promising
myself that after I had the baby, I would routinely exercise again. Yet,

months after the birth of my first baby, I had lost 46 of the 58 pounds
(!!!) I gained during my pregnancy but had 12 last stubborn pounds to
go. More importantly, I was in poor shape, having worked out very
little in recent years. Having reached a weight and fitness plateau, I
knew I needed to do something more to get back into to my size 4-6
pre-pregnancy clothes. That is when I found Moji, and thank goodness I
did! In a short time I have gone from barely being able to do a single
sit up (following my caesarian section) to doing 100 sit ups per
